“Such a cozy stay in the winter! Waking distance to Rye Mountain Park which has a fun little disc golf course. Couldn't ask for a better trip and it was able to fit 10 of us without feeling too cramped. The hosts (Cara and Jerry) were very very accommodating to the group and keep the place in great shape.”

Appreciated the fridge, hot plate, and kitchen furnishings for simple cooked meals. Bed was very comfortable and the mini-split kept the bedroom a nice sleeping temperature while it was cold outside. Thanks for a comfortable stay…..Will definitely stay again.”

“It was a lovely stay and much more spacious than I imagined. Kitchen was well stocked. Older home but plenty of charm and we were there for the location and the solitude so it was just what we were looking for. Hosts were very responsive. It was a little hard to find in the dark so make sure you have your gps set! would stay again if in the area!”

“The Condo is perfect. The communication from the owners was the best we have ever had. The location is perfect. Probably the best part for my family, is the condo is a NO pet condo, which is hard to find in the Cuchara area. Please don't change a thing, we would love to stay here again on our next visit.”
